From October to May, as well as our usual weekly or two weekly holiday lets, we offer longer 'Winter Lets' in Torquay at reduced rates for stays of one to six months.

The Beulah is ideal temporary accommodation for people working in Torquay, especially without transport, as we are within easy walking distance of the town centre and the bus-stops at the Harbour.

The Beulah is also ideal if you are moving house and need temporary accommodation in Torquay between houses. You may bring your own kitchen equipment and bedding.

Our fully-furnished winter lets are available for a non-smoking, quiet, working person or couple over 25 years of age (with no pets). As shown on our accommodation page, there are various sizes of apartments, from studio to two-bedroomed.

A wireless broadband connection to the internet is available for a small weekly charge, many laptops already have the necessary wi-fi connectivity but if not, a card can be purchased inexpensively.

The coin-operated laundry room is available for tenants' use and there are washing lines and ironing facilities.

The special winter prices are very reasonable and include everything except electricity and cleaning. Timed central heating is also included.
