Prices

A 5th person in Apartment 3, 5 or 8 is charged an additional £50 per week.

For 2 people + baby in a cot: please see the two persons' price, where stated.

The above prices are in pounds sterling, per apartment, per week and may be subject to alteration.

The weeks generally start on Saturdays, especially in peak season. Short breaks may be available out of season - please ask for details.

Prices include: All power, hot water and bed linen. A Welcome Pack of tea, coffee and sugar sachets with milk portions and biscuits. Tea towel, oven gloves, washing-up liquid, cloth, washing-up brush, cream cleanser, air freshener and roll of toilet paper. Shared ironing boards and irons (provided in the laundry room).

Prices do not include: Towels, cots, highchairs. A booking form will be forwarded showing hire charges, however, cot bedding is not available. WiFi - £5 per stay.

Please note:

• With allergy sufferers in mind, we do not accept pets.
• For peace and quiet, we do not accept bookings from parties of singles.
• We strongly recommend the use of holiday insurance.
• All apartments are thoroughly cleaned and inspected, and usually ready by 2 pm on arrival day, if not before.

Deposit & balance payment: By cash, cheque or bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, payment may be made through PayPal with a 4% charge. Further details will be provided when availability is confirmed.
